Please fill out the form completely and send with payment as follows:

For payment by check/money order, mail with application to Southern Rodeo Association, PO Box 669, Four Oaks NC 27524

For payment by Mastercard or Visa, complete the credit card information on the application and fax to 919-963-6774 or scan and email to sraoffice@aol.com 

There will be a $5 service charge added to each membership payment for payments made by credit/debit cards.

SRA memberships are sold at all SRA first-sanctioned rodeos, but memberships are not always available at co-sanctioned rodeos.  Please keep this in mind before entering a rodeo and allow enough time for mailing/faxing and processing of your membership.
